What Services do we offer?

We offer health education seminars which can benefit your business by promoting a healthy work environment, reducing healthcare costs, and improving ROI for your business. In the K-12, and Higher Ed settings, health education prepares future providers to deliver optimal care to their patients and clients. Individual training is also available on topics such as navigating the health insurance system, or working to manage chronic care needs.

We also offer a range of health optimization services including invited talks, health promotion program design, patient-provider communication training, design of patient education materials, translation services, and individual patient advocacy services.

Health optimization is the process of maximizing overall health and well-being at the individual and population levels.

What is patient-provider communication training?

Patient-provider communication training focuses on improving communication skills for providers to be able to better support their patients, improve treatment plan compliance, and increase patient satisfaction. For patients, we prepare individuals to advocate for the care that they need and to be prepared for various kinds of healthcare encounters.

What is patient advocacy?

Patient advocacy involves supporting and empowering patients to navigate the healthcare system, and to make informed decisions that help them work toward their health and wellness goals. Services may include researching and/or vetting providers and providing custom recommendations, attending appointments, serving as a communication liaison between the patient and provider, filing insurance denial appeals, and other services to help ensure that individuals are able to receive the care that they need.
