We offer health education seminars which can benefit your business by promoting a healthy work environment, reducing healthcare costs, and improving ROI for your business. In the K-12, and Higher Ed settings, health education prepares people to negotiate the healthcare system successfully and helps train future providers to deliver optimal care to their patients and clients. Individual training is also available on topics such as navigating the health insurance system, working to manage chronic care needs, or having difficult conversations.

Services may include researching and/or vetting providers and providing custom recommendations, attending appointments, serving as a communication liaison between the patient and provider, filing insurance denial appeals, and other services to help ensure that individuals are able to receive the care that they need.

Patient-provider communication training focuses on improving communication skills for providers to be able to better support their patients, improve treatment plan compliance, and increase patient satisfaction. For patients, we prepare individuals to advocate for the care that they need and to be prepared for various kinds of healthcare encounters.
